Clark Equipment decided to pursue product-focused teams in its lift truck division. The company organized teams of engineers around three of its major product lines.

CEATH Company was instrumental in getting these teams up and running, facilitating early team meetings, imparting group process and teamwork skills, and keeping the teams on track until they were able to function independently. Several of these teams developed innovative products that became the cornerstones of the company’s product lines in the early 1990s.
