ChemMIST was a software system that was developed to help research and other laboratories manage and track their hazardous materials inventory. The system was quite complex, including inventory control based on container types and purity grades, storage systems that considered adjacencies of incompatible chemicals, and environmental safety and health training and considerations, CEATH Company was asked to design several training courses to teach both users and systems administrators how to implement and use the system, and to create an extensive library of instruction manuals.
