The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet needed something to spice up its annual meeting. The cabinet turned to CEATH Company for a workshop that was both engaging and had true learning value. CEATH delivered two interactive workshops, to rave reviews.

First, CEATH adapted its Factory on a Desk-Top™ simulation to meet the needs of the attendees. The Factory on a Desk-Top™ is a realistic simulation of a manufacturing company that allows participants to explore processes and ways in which processes can be improved.

Second, CEATH Company created a team-building activity at LaserQuest, the interactive laser tag game. In the activity, teams of participants played two rounds of LaserQuest. First, the teams played the game without planning. Then they took time to devise a team strategy and played the game again. During the debrief, players did an extensive analysis of their individual and teams behaviors and the impact those behaviors had on their degree of success.
