The Des Moines Symphony Orchestra relies heavily on its volunteer organization to keep the orchestra running smoothly behind the scenes. The orchestra turned to CEATH Company to develop a system for managing its large volunteer staff, as well as its fund-raising efforts. The resulting system interfaced with demographic and block-group data, which helped the orchestra refine its marketing efforts.
