Vermeer, a manufacturing company based in Pella, Iowa, with almost 3,000 employees, is the inventor of the round hay baler and the manufacturer of a variety of innovative large equipment in the farming machinery, trenching and boring markets. Every product is virtually custom-manufactured to meet customer demand.

Over the course of a two-year period, CEATH Company worked with a variety of personnel, including engineering groups, manufacturing teams and executive management, to develop and implement a strategy for information technology processes that would help the company stay on top of its explosive double-digit growth. During that time, CEATH served effectively as interim chief information officer.
