CEATH Company was the principal consultant on a massive project in Sweden with Saab Automobiles AB that worked to align engineering, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and retail sales with customer needs. Two years in length, this project included extensive work with top management in Trollhättan (Saab corporate headquarters), with the wholesale organization in Nyköping and with Swedish Saab dealerships. The result was a massive realignment of priorities within the Saab organization and a return to profitability by the 1998 and 1999 fiscal years.
