Berea College had developed a comprehensive strategic plan. “Being and Becoming,” while thorough, was also a complex document with an intricate set of principles.

The college wanted its employees to understand and buy into the strategic plan and turned to CEATH Company for an extremely interactive workshop that would enthuse participants and convey key components of the strategic plan.

The workshops were extremely well received, with many people indicating in their evaluations that they thought this was the best workshop they had ever attended at Berea College.
